Returns & Refunds Policy
Assalamu Alaikum Dear Customer,
Face 2 is a customer-friendly e-commerce company. Our return, refund and exchange policy is very simple and fair, which is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. We will try to resolve it quickly, InshaAllah, if you are dissatisfied in any way. Please provide the necessary information as per our prescribed policy to receive and resolve your complaint.
Exchange Policy
1. Unboxing video is mandatory - In case of complaint of missing or damaged product, there must be an unboxing video as evidence. Complaints without a video are not acceptable.
2. If you receive a wrong or defective product, you must claim by filling out the form below within 7 working days of receiving the product. We will change the product free of charge. Form Link
3. If you have received the correct product and you want to change it, you must fill out the form below within 7 days and pay 2x delivery charges. Form Link
4. No claim is accepted after 7 days.
5. Please provide correct information and proof while filling the form.
Return and Refund Policy
1. If you receive a wrong or defective product, you can return it directly to the delivery man.
2. If you want to return it due to change of mind, absence at the location, or if you do not like it, you will have to pay only the delivery charge: Within Dhaka City: 60/- Outside Dhaka: 130/-
3. If the product is used for more than a day, washed, or if the seal is opened, it is not returnable. However, if you find any defect within 7 days, it is exchangeable but not refundable.

6. In case of refund claim, after the product reaches our warehouse and is found in the promised condition, the refund will be provided within 7-15 working days. After filling the form, our representative will contact you by phone within 1-3 working days. If you do not receive a response within 3 days, please let us know:
